Agreement

By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

We offer web design, SEO optimization, and AI automation services. The scope of work is defined in your project agreement or contract.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may result in project suspension
• Refunds are subject to the specific project agreement

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom design and code created. We retain the right to use your work as a portfolio reference (unless confidentiality is agreed).

Revisions and Changes

Projects include two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are available at £50 per round. Scope creep and out-of-scope requests may require a revised timeline and budget.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of our services or website, except where law does not allow such limitations.

Warranties

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We do not guarantee specific results or rankings.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Payment for work completed is still due.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or arbitration.
